• Theory of Constraints – eliminates bottle necks in the system and prepares to balance the systems capacity
• Lean – removes non-value-added waste, balance the flow to match customer demand allowing operators to effortlessly produce quality products, and Ensures the machines are not over-burden
• Six Sigma – targets process outputs by reducing defects and removing process variation
